Moorman supplies from stock a wide range of self-adhesive products made of cardboard, wood board and polystyrene, also with specifications that permit repositioning.
Suitable for adhesing posters, photos, embroidery. For creative handicrafts and personal expression.
Foamboard:
All foamboard types have a polystyrene foam core. They are lightweight, strong, easy to cut, they have excellent processing properties, and are CFK free. They lend themselves to every conceivable indoor application. Foamboard is a versatile material that lends itself perfectly to presentation, screen-printing, adhesing, framing, models, modelling and every type of display.
Foamboard Natural:
Is a lightweight polystyrene foamboard in white and black, and is CFK free.
In 3 and 5 mm and in the sizes 70x100 cm and 100x140 cm.
Foamboard Natural has excellent processing properties, and is versatile, strong and lightweight.
Plus, it is ideal for presentations, adhesing, model making and all sorts of point-of-sale expressions.
Kapa boards:
All KAPA lightweight boards have a polyurethane hard-foam core, making them lightweight, highly rigid, stable and nicely level. They allow easy cutting (clean cutting edges) and effortless processing, they are CFK free, heat resistant and glossy white.
All specifications are suitable for stands, models, in-store communication applications, presentation material, photo collage, 3-D framing and rear panels.
KAPA boards are printable with UV and solvent inks. Plus, they are both suitable for screen-printing and digital flatbed printing.
Kapamount and Kapafix possess excellent laminating qualities. Plus, they are both flame extinguishing; they meet the B2 standard under DIN 4102.
Lightweight boards in no fewer than 80 specifications, in A4 size up to 140x300 cm, in 3, 5, 10 and even 15 mm.
Forex Smart and Gatorfoam:
Gatorfoam: A lightweight board consisting of an expanded polystyrene foam core and a two-sided tough melamine topcoat.
Gatorfoam comes in white and is available in 5, 10 and 25 mm, and in black in 5 mm.
Forex Smart:
A good quality and rigid plastic lightweight board of two-sided white polystyrene with a white tough polystyrene foam core.
Forex Smart comes in white and is available in 10 mm in 2 sizes.
Properties of both products:
- Suitable for indoor applications. Forex Smart is also suitable for outdoor applications, and is water and weather resistant for about 2 years
- Lightweight yet rigid
- Good levelling and dimensional stability
- Printable in screen-print and with digital flatbed printers
Applications include:
